Body Care: Full-body massage to release tension and improve circulation. (Pressure: Light / Medium / Deep)
Head Spa: Dry head massage focused on scalp relaxation and promoting better sleep.

How to Make a Reservation

We are strictly appointment-only. For a smooth booking process, we recommend booking through your hotel concierge or front desk staff.

Please provide the following details:

  • Preferred date & time
  • Course duration (60 / 90 / 120 mins)
  • Treatment style (Body / Head / Mix)
  • Any health conditions (injuries, stiffness, allergies, etc.)

Location & Access

SKI Nishi-Shinjuku Building, Room 601

  1. Arrive at the entrance of the SKI Nishi-Shinjuku Building.
  2. Press [601] on the intercom panel.
  3. Once our staff answers and unlocks the entrance, the elevator call button will light up—please press it immediately.
  4. Take the elevator to the 6th floor.
  5. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We value the time of our guests and therapists.

Changes/Cancellations: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

Within 2 hours: 50% of the fee

No-show: 100% of the fee

For first-time guests: The cancellation fee is waived once.

FAQ

Can I nominate a specific therapist?

Yes. A nomination fee of ¥550 applies. Please request this when booking.

Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant?

We apologize, but we are currently unable to provide treatments for pregnant guests.

What should I wear?

You don't need to bring anything. We provide comfortable changing clothes (Sizes S–5L).
Material: 100% polyester. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, you are welcome to bring your own clothing.

Can I receive treatment if I have medical conditions?

Our services are for relaxation purposes only and are not a medical treatment. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult with us before booking to ensure safety.

What should I do after the treatment?

Please stay hydrated with water and rest well after your session. Avoid alcohol and intense exercise immediately after the treatment.
